Terms of sale & refunds

These terms apply when you buy a digital product (for example The Complete Formula & Cheat Sheet Pack) from Easy Accounting Animated.

1. Who you are buying from

Marija Starcevic, trading as Easy Accounting Animated, Malta. Email: [email protected]. A postal address is available on request.

2. The products

Our products are digital downloads (PDF and spreadsheet files). The main features, number of pages and contents are described on each product page. Products are independent study aids: they are not affiliated with or endorsed by ACCA, AAT, CIMA, the IFRS Foundation or any other body, and they are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and are the total you pay. No VAT is added: the seller is a small undertaking exempt from VAT under Maltese law. Payment is processed securely by our sales platform Kit (ConvertKit LLC) and its payment partner Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after payment you see a download button and receive an email with your download link. If anything goes wrong, email us and we will send the file directly.

5. Your right to cancel (digital content)

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once the download is made available. By completing your purchase you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has started.

6. Our refund promise

We want you to be happy. If the file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Licence – personal use

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may print it for yourself. 8. Updates

We may release updated editions. Buyers of the current edition will be told by email about corrections; future major editions may be sold separately.

9. Privacy

We use your details only to deliver your purchase and, if you opted in, to send our emails. See our privacy policy.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you have a complaint, please email us first – we reply within a few working days. You can also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) or the consumer authority in your own country.
